We have been announcing for some time that the IEX 2 platform is being phased out. On November 1, 2022, the service was moved to a smaller hosting, which may have an impact on longer response times due to downscaling.
After 31.12.2022, we will no longer provide any guarantees for IEX 2, which therefore takes place at your own risk. In principle, the platform can be shut down overnight without further notice. Since the platform is no longer maintained, it also creates a security risk, for which we also take no responsibility. Support is also not provided for IEX 2.
You get all these guarantees by upgrading to IEX 3, so if you have already ordered an upgrade, you can be completely safe. If you have not ordered an upgrade, click the button below.
