Understand your invoice
IEX is a modular platform where you can add multiple systems to the same account. Therefore, your total price is split into a separate payment for the subscription plan and for each connection you make to your systems.
The subscription is built like this
Your subscription price consists of the following.
One subscription level
Controls period, use limits and availability of functionalities.
Two or more systems
You have one system for each system you connect to. The system-price is variable by the type of system.
Extensions
Extensions are extra functionalities that are purchased for the IEX platform.
Do I pay for my system through the IEX subscription?
No. The IEX system-price only applies to the connection to your system. Your subscription with IEX only applies to the IEX service and there is no subscription price or other service with the system partner that is covered by your price with IEX.

Example of price: integration of 2 systems - monthly payment
- Integration between a WooCommerce webshop and a Visma e-conomic accounting system.
- The subscription is paid monthly.
- The total monthly price for this integration, which will be communicated on the website and in quotes, is EUR 44,00 excl VAT.

- This is the same integration as above, but with a semi-annual payment.
- Note: The unit price of the systems are monthly. The number is therefore set to 6, as the payment is every six months.
- The total monthly price for this integration, which will be communicated on the website and in the offer, is EUR 41,00 excluding VAT.
- Note the monthly price for the subscription step is lower for six-month payment.

Example of price: integration of 3 systems with mappings - semi-annual payment
- This integration includes 3 systems on the same integration.
- The subscription is paid with a semi-annual payment.
- Note: The unit price of the systems are monthly. The number is therefore set to 6 as the payment is every six months.
- Mappings are used to customise the transfer. Therefore “Mapping module” is added to the list.
- The total monthly price for this integration, which will be communicated on the website and in offers, is EUR 270,00 excl. VAT.
