Optimize your workflow between your webshop and Rackbeat

Get started with a simple and efficient warehouse flow in Rackbeat with an automatic integration that ensures that your webshop inventory is always in sync. With advanced settings, you get a setup that supports your business and can be combined with an integration for your accounting system.

Orders

At a given order stage, the order is transferred from the webshop to the warehouse, ready for picking and packing.

Order status / Fulfillment

Once the order has been shipped, an updated order status can be sent back to the webshop.

Stock status

Inventory purchases and maintenance of quantity are controlled in the warehouse system, from which quantity is sent to the webshop.

Connect Rackbeat with your webshop

Connect Rackbeat with your webshop

Transfer webshop orders to the WMS for picking, packing, and shipping, and draw from the stock amount. After shipment an updated order state (fulfillment) is sent to the webshop. The WMS is master for the webshop stock.

How does it work?
Orders in the webshop are automatically transferred to be processed in your warehouse management system, when it reaches an order state, that is set for transfer. When the order is marked as fulfilled a fulfillment status is sent to update the order in the webshop. Stock updates must be done in the WMS, which is master for the webshop stock.

ordre Orders

On a given state the order is transferred to the Warehouse Management System for picking, packing, and shipping. Orders draw from the stock amount in the WMS.

lager Stock

The inventory management is master for the webshop stock. Manual updates and maintenance of stock amounts must be handled in the WMS, after which the change automatically applies to the webshop.

overfoersel Fulfillment status

When the order is shipped and marked as fulfilled a new order status is sent to the webshop. The order is now ready for the final processing e.g. invoicing or settlement.

Connect Rackbeat with your webshop and accounting system

Set up an order flow between your webshop, Rackbeat and your accounting system. Your stock quantity is automatically synchronized with your webshop, and your webshop orders are automatically transferred to the accounting system for invoice creation.

How does it work?
Your sales from the webshop are automatically transferred to both Rackbeat, where a stock withdrawal is made for the sold goods, and to your accounting system, where an invoice is created. You maintain your stock count in Rackbeat, and the stock count is automatically sent to the webshop. The integration can be fine-tuned to your specific needs, so that the handling of your invoicing and bookkeeping and your inventory management are always in sync in real time. Your work tasks are largely automated, so you can focus on other tasks.

Are field adjustments or mappings possible?

The IEX mapping module offers advanced field adjustment and filtering of fields and data content. The mapping module is an extension, that is used to customise the data transfer through IEX.

The functionality of the mapping module is set up by an IEX technician. The price for setting up mappings and the subscription price for the mapping module extension is not included in the base price for an integration.

If your setup requires filters or mappings, please send a description of your requirements to IEX through the chat function or email, and you will receive a quote for the setup.

Should I use IEX or Rackbeats own integration?

There are benefits in using IEX to transfer order from Rackbeat to Visma e-conomic in contrast to using Rackbeats own integration.

This way you get the full IEX functionality for the whole transfer, including a detailed transfer history to ease troubleshooting, notifications, and advanced settings for how the order should be handled in Visma e-conomic. You can also see the section “How does the IEX integration differ from Rackbeat’s own?” above.

Note that you get a discount on your integration, if you have both the integration for Rackbeat and Visma e-conomic through IEX.

The discount is currently 7 euro per month., corresponding to half of the Visma e-conomic module price.
