Connect your webshop to your warehouse management system to automatically handle the transfer of orders. When an order is received in the webshop, it is automatically sent to your warehouse where it can be processed. After packing and shipping is updated, a new order status is automatically sent to the webshop so the order can be completed. Automation facilitates your workflow with webshop orders and minimises the risk of mishandling.
Order data
You choose the order stage in the webshop at which the order will be sent to the warehouse management system. Here the order is created with all product lines for picking.
Warehouse status
If there are more articles in stock in the warehouse management system, this is automatically reflected in the webshop. Webshop sales are reduced by the number of items in stock.
Fulfillment status
Once the order is packed and shipped, the order stage is updated in the webshop. The order can now be completed, for example by automatic invoice creation.
Complete overview of stock transfer
A full log of all transfers in and out of the warehouse is recorded, so you can see all data that has transferred between your systems. Should an error occur, you will be alerted by the notification system, which sends status and error reports based on your settings.
