We are updating our pricing model for mappings. Going forward, mappings will be categorized as a custom setup, consisting of one or more features.

Custom setups vary in complexity and require different levels of setup, maintenance, and ongoing adjustments.

The price of a custom setup will therefore reflect the scope and complexity of the individual solution, as well as the ongoing work required to maintain it. This allows us to continue providing and maintaining solutions tailored to your specific setup and needs.

What does this mean for you?

We will review your existing custom setup(s) and assess them according to the new pricing model. 45 days before your subscription renews and is invoiced, you will receive a separate email with your new total price. This email will outline exactly what the change means for you.

Going forward, the price of your custom features will also:

• be listed separately on your invoice

• be visible in your dashboard under “Subscription”

No action is required from you.
